Key Dates

  • Abstract Submission Opens: 31st August 2025
  • Abstract Submission Closes: 1st December 2025
  • Acceptance Notification to Presenting Author: 25th December 2025

Young Researcher Award (SwasthyaCON 2026)

  • Best Original Research Presenter will receive the Young Researcher Award (Cash Prize & Trophy).
  • Registration for SwasthyaCON 2026 is mandatory for all participants.
  • On abstract acceptance, authors must complete the Copyright Transfer Agreement.
  • All presenters will receive a Certificate of Presentation.

Abstract Preparation Guidelines

Follow these instructions carefully to ensure your submission is eligible for review and publication.

  • Length: Maximum 2500 characters (approximately 300–350 words). Include: Introduction, Aims/Objectives, Method, Results, Conclusion, References, Conflict of Interest.
  • Exclusions: Title, Author / Co-author names and Institution name do not count toward the character limit.
  • Spaces: Spaces are not counted as characters.
  • Tables & Figures: Submit as separate high-resolution JPG files (attached with the abstract). Do not embed images in the abstract text.
  • Abbreviations: Standard abbreviations may be used without definition (e.g., GDM, BMI, DM).
  • Language & Font: English; Times New Roman. Title: 18–20 pt. Body: 12 pt.
  • Authorship Declaration: Submitting author must confirm that all co-authors have read and approved the final submission.
  • Disclosure: Authors must sign a disclosure attesting originality and copyright compliance.
  • Presenting Author: One presenting author per abstract; the same abstract cannot be submitted by multiple presenting authors.
  • Submission Limits: Each participant may submit up to one Research Paper and one Poster.
  • Original Work Only: Previously published or previously presented (in conferences) research is not eligible.
  • Submission Method: After registering for the conference, email your abstract to epaper.swasthyacon@gmail.com.
    Use email subject format: "Abstract Topic Code" – SwasthyaCON Registration Number

Review & Selection Process

All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Research Committee. Accepted abstracts will be selected for Oral Presentation or Poster Presentation. The Committee reserves the right to accept, reject, or reclassify any submission. The Committee's decision is final and irrevocable.
